摘要
目的通过临床药师参与治疗5-氟尿嘧啶腹腔化疗导致的化学性腹膜炎,理解化学性腹膜炎的鉴别诊断方法、治疗原则、预防措施及此类患者的药学监护点。方法临床药师与医师共同讨论病历,协助制定治疗方案,关注方案实施过程。结果经过2 d及时对因对症治疗,患者病情好转,身体状况良好后出院。结论临床药师参与临床治疗,有利于发挥药师在治疗团队中的作用,协助医师明确诊断、准确用药,并可为医师提供治疗相关的全面资料。
Objective To understand the differential diagnosis,therapeutic principle,prophylaxis,and patients’ pharmaceutical care of chemical peritonitis by participating in treating chemical peritonitis caused by the chemotherapy of 5-fluorouracil in the abdominal cavity.Methods Clinical pharmacists discussed the case file with the clinicians and assisted the clinicians to adjust the therapeutic regimen.Results The patient’s condition was improved by a 2-day therapy.The patient was discharged with good physical status.Conclusion Pharmacist joining in clinical therapy is helpful and can assist clinicians to identify diagnosis accurately,and improve the recovery.
