摘要
目的了解农村地区先天性唇腭裂患儿致家庭负担情况。方法以生活质量综合问卷(generic quality of life inventory,GQOLI)为测量工具,对57名先天性唇腭裂患儿的119名陪护人的生活质量情况进行评定,同时结合症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90),对患儿陪护人精神状况进行调查,以综合评定先天性唇腭裂患儿致农村地区家庭负担情况。结果先天性唇腭裂患儿陪护人GQOLI-74的4个维度得分均低于对照组人群,但仅在躯体健康维度、心理健康维度及社会健康维度3个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SCL-90量表的所有因子的得分均高于对照组人群,且在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性5个因子方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先天性唇腭裂患儿对家庭造成的经济方面负担不大,但精神方面的负担则是一个不容忽视的问题。
Objective： To understand the children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate to the family burden in the rural area. Methods： 119 family members with 57 children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate were investigated with GQOLI and SCL -90. Results ： The 4 scale of GQOLI of family members with children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate were all lower than the general rural population, especially in mental healthy dimension, the difference has statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The 9 factors scores of SCL - 90 of family members with children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate were all higher than the general rural population, the difference in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and psychosis - like symptoms has statistical significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The children with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate could cause some economic burden to the families, but the burden in mantal must be a problem that can not be ignored.
