摘要
目的 应用重组人IL 2治疗顽固性外阴、阴道尖锐湿疣。方法 局部病灶药物腐蚀、手术切除 ,在赘生物基底部注射干扰素 10 0万U加用重组人IL 2 10万U。结果 对久治不愈、反复发作的 2 0例病人 ,病灶很快被控制并治愈 ;并发的其他性传播疾病均得以控制。结论 IL 2与α 干扰素协同作用可控制HPV病毒感染。
Objective To explore the effect of Il 2 in treating vulva and vagina condyloma acuminatum.Methods The treatment included effacing foucus with medicine and exsecting it with operation,injecting IL 2 and interferon in the bottom of the masses,then applying Chinese herbal medicine (Zical oil) locally.Results There were significant differences before and after the injection of IL 2 in the 20 cases.The application of IL 2 could cure not only pointed condyloma,but also its complication of STD (sexually transmitted disease) such as gonorrhea,chlamydial trachomatis,mycoplasma.Conclusion IL 2,with interferon's cooperation,can prevent and limit HPV's (human papilloma virus) infection.
