摘要
基于电机拖动的液压动力系统中,电机的三相电信号是能够全面反映设备运行状态的信息源,而获得准确、可靠的三相电信号是进行液压系统状态监测等后续各项研究的基础。根据应用需求,开发了以LPC2103为核心的三相电信号数据采集系统,采用霍尔传感器准确、安全的获取电压电流信号,数据的存储采用SD卡存储方式和串口发送数据至上位机存储模式两种法相结合,增加了数据采集系统的应用灵活性,并给出了详细的软、硬件开发过程。
In the hydraulic power system drived by motor,the three-phase electrical signal of motor is the information source which can reflect the operating status of equipment.The achievement of the accurate and reliable three-phase electrical signal is the foundation of hydraulic equipment status monitoring and the other correlational research.According to the application requirements,the three-phase electrical signal data acquisition system with LPC2103 as the core was developed.Hall sensors are used to acquire voltage and current signal safely and accurately.The combination of SD card storage method and the storage pattern that the serial port sends data to upper computer is adopted for data storage,which can enhance the flexibility of data acquisition system.The developing process of hardware and software is given in this paper.
