摘要 为了寻找一种直观、有效的液压系统运行状态监测方法,研究了基于电信号的图形化液压系统运行状态实时监测技术。该项技术通过Hilbert变换对实时电信号的基频分量进行快速提取,以保证监测系统的实时性;并利用李萨如方法对电信号进行融合,形成图形化的液压系统状态监测技术。在此基础之上,应用LabVIEW软件对运行状态在线监测系统进行整体设计,并进行液压系统极限工况试验,验证了该项技术的可靠性及实用性,为液压系统运行状态监测提供了新的思路。 In order to find a direct and effective monitoring method of the hydraulic system's running state, the tech- nology that monitor the running state of hydraulic system in a real time and graphical way is studied and it is based on the electrical signal. Frist, the frequency component of real time electrical signal is extracted through Hilbert transfor- mation lastly to guarantee its real time properties, then the monitoring method of hydraulic system in a graphical way by using the Lissajous method that fusing the electrical signal is put forward. Based on those results, the monitoring system which using the software of LabVIEW is established and the reliability and practical of the system are verified through the test. The method in this paper provides a new idea for monitoring the hydraulic system's state.
