摘要
TPS65105是一个专门为TFT-LCD显示器供电而设计的,能够提供三路输出电压的混合式DC/DC变换器集成电路芯片。基于TI公司的TPS65105,设计了针对7寸TFT液晶屏的供电电路,并解决了TPS65105的上电时序问题。实践表明,该方案是一个稳定可靠的液晶的电源设计方案。
The power supply circuit design of 7 inch TFT LCD is introduced in this paper.The design solution is based on integrated circuit chip TPS65105 of Texas Instruments.The design purpose of TPS65105 is to supply power for thin film transistor（TFT）LCD.It is a hybrid DC/DC conversion integrated circuit chip,which can provide three output voltages for TFT LCD.
