摘要
论述了泛在知识环境的概念和特点,探讨了泛在知识环境与学科化服务的关系,指出了准确把握用户需求特点是学科化服务定位的基础,人才队伍建设是学科化服务成败的关键,运用现代信息技术是提升学科化服务质量的武器。
After the concept and characteristics of ubiquitous knowledge environment were described, the relation between ubiquitous knowledge environment and subject service was studied, and it was pointed out that accurate grasp of the characteristics of users demands was the foundation for the position of subject service, talent team construction was the key to the success of subject service, and application of modern information technologies was the weapon for the improvement of subject service.
