摘要
巨型垂直轴风机因其塔筒较高,结构细长,刚度和阻尼相对较小,在安装过程中由于风载作用容易产生较大的振动和变形,引起塔筒失稳破坏。采用ANSYS软件对巨型垂直轴风机塔筒安装过程进行了数值模拟,得出了七种工况下塔筒和牵绳的各种受力载荷,为优化结构和产品设计提供参考。
For the tower of giant vertical axis wind turbine is higher, the strcture is thin and long, and the stiffness and damping is relatively small, so it will generate larger vibration and deformation because the wind-load during installation, it will be buckling failure. The giant vertical axis wind turbine tower .installation process was numerically simulated using ANSYS in this paper, the seven kinds of tower and towrope under the condition of stress performance can be obtained, which provides reference for optimizing the structure and product design.
