摘要
影响风力发电机塔筒门设计的因素有很多,这里主要分析塔壁和门框厚度尺寸变化对塔门极限应力结果和最大应力值出现位置的影响。从分析可知,当将塔壁和门框厚度尺寸调整到比较合适的大小时,可以有效降低塔门的极限应力值,并使最大值出现在较合理的位置。
There are many factors which affect the design of the tower door of the wind turbine. Here we primary do the analysis by changing the thickness of the tower wall and door frame to get the max stress value and the location where the max stress occurs. From the analysis we know,as we adjust the thickness of the tower wall and the door frame to suitable sizes, the max stress value can be reduced accordingly, then the max stress will be get in a more reasonable position.
