摘要
如何推进我国西部的生态重建工程 ,提高生态建设效果 ,是目前全国上下关注的重大问题之一。本文认为 :尽快建立和培育一批生态型企业 ,走企业化开发之路 ,是最佳的选择模式 ,并就企业化运作的思路和对策提出了相应的看法与建议。
How to promote environmental reconstruction projects in the west of China and raise the efficiency of environmental work is one of the important problems presently of concern to all levels of the country. This paper proposes that a series of ecologically sound enterprises need to be set up and trained as soon as possible, and that developing enterprises within the market place that contribute to environmental protection is the best path to choose. In addition, this article puts forward the views and proposals for the ideology behind and measures for putting this commercialization into practice.
