半固态培养基法培养鼠磨牙牙胚的实验观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察体外培养的鼠磨牙牙胚发育过程的组织学变化。方法 :用 16d胎龄的昆明小鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚置于RPMI- 16 40半固态培养基上培养 ,常规组织学观察。结果 :体外培养的牙胚可由帽状期进入钟状期 ,出现成牙本质细胞和成釉细胞的分化及前期牙本质的形成。结论 :半固态培养基法培养牙胚可保持其发育过程。 Objective: To study the histological characteristic change during the development of mouse molar tooth in vitro. Methods:Tooth germs(first mandibular molars) obtained from E16d Kunming mouse embryos were cultured for 3,5,7,9,12 days on semi-solid RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 20%FCS. Results: In vitro the toothgerms were able to develop into more progressive stage, some mesenchymal cells differentiated into odontoblasts and deposited predentin. Conclusion: This culture condition could maintain thedevelopment of mouse molar tooth in vitro.[
