SMAD4研究现状及其与牙齿发育的关系

摘要 TGF-β信号转导途径在牙齿生长发育过程中起重要作用,而Smad4是最近发现的脊椎动物体内TGF-β信号转导途径中一个重要的新基因。作者对SMAD4的起源、结构、活化与降解、功能、动物模型及其与牙齿发育的关系进行综述。
