摘要
火电厂汽轮机主油泵轴承在运行中发生断裂,通过断口观察、化学成分、显微金相、扫描电镜、力学性能等试验对断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,轴承为非正常的网状铁素体组织,致使螺栓冲击功明显降低,以及材料基体中夹杂物的存在,使得在应力集中部位萌生裂纹源是轴承断裂的主要原因。
The bearing of main oil pump for steam turbine fractured during operation. The fracture causes was analyzed through tile experiments including fracture observation, metallurgical microscopy, scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties. The results show that the state of bearing is an abnormal network ferritc strttcture, which makes the impact energy of the bearing obvious decline, leads to the concentration of stress in certain parts of matrix, and initiates cracks when it is combine with existing inclusions in matrix. This is the main cause of the bearing fracture.
