摘要
风力发电是清洁能源的重要部分,在发电领域中已广泛应用。但是目前双馈式风力发电机组齿轮箱故障问题发生率较高,采用科学的故障诊断技术极为关键。基于此,文章分析双馈式风力发电机组齿轮箱的故障诊断技术,强调采用振动信号分析、油液分析、人工智能综合诊断等方式,为齿轮箱的故障预警维护提供依据,促进风力发电行业的健康发展,提升故障诊断的准确性,满足当前的工作要求。
Wind power generation is an important part of clean energy and has achieved good results in the field of power generation.However,the current occurrence rate of gearbox faults in doubly fed wind turbines is relatively high,and it is imperative to scientifically adopt advanced fault diagnosis techniques.Based on this,this article analyzes the fault diagnosis technology of the doubly fed wind turbine gearbox,emphasizing the use of vibration signal analysis,oil analysis,artificial intelligence comprehensive diagnosis and other methods to provide a basis for fault warning and maintenance of the gearbox,promote the healthy development of the wind power industry,improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,and meet current work requirements.
