摘要
目的探讨多用途引流管在胸腔包裹积液经皮穿刺置管引流的方法和临床应用价值。方法24例胸腔包裹积液的患者，在X线电视透视下用多用途引流管经皮胸腔穿刺置管引流。结果24例患者在X线透视下成功置入多用途外引流管24根，积液迅速引流出来，21例患者2—7天引流完全，术后患者生活质量明显改善。结论在X线电视透视下用多用途引流管经皮胸腔穿刺置管引流积液是安全、有效的方法，具有很高的成功率和治疗效果，值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinic role of multipurpose drainage tube in the puncture drainage of pleural parcel effusion. Methods Of 24 cases with acute and chronic pleural parcel effusion, the percutaneous multipurpose drainage tube was used under the x ray television fluoroscopy. Results 24 muhipurpose drainage tubes were successfully implanted in the 24 patients under the X ray fluoroscopy, effusion was rapidly drained out, 21 patients were drained completely from 2 to 7 days, postoperative quality of life was improved significantly. Conclusion Under the x ray television fluoroscopy, the multipurpose drainage tube percutaneous thoracentesis catheter drainage effusion is a safe, effective method and has a high success rate and treatment effect, which is worth to be used in clinical application.
