摘要
目的:评价中心静脉导管用于胸、腹腔积液闭式引流的可靠性和临床意义。方法:对86例中等量以上胸腔积液及大量腹水患者采用中心静脉导管留置行闭式引流,观察其疗效及不良反应。结果:该方法疗效可靠,不良反应轻微且发生率低。结论:该方法安全有效,简便实用,有推广价值。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical significance and reliability of central vein catheter in the close drainage of pleural effusion. Methods： The central vein catheter was used to make a close drainage for 86 patients with a medium quantity of pleural effusion and a large quantity of aseites. The clinical effect on the close drainage and its side effect were observed after the administration. Result： The central vein catheter is a reliable way in the close drainage of pleural effusion with little side effect. Conclusion： The close drainage of central vein catheter is a safe and useful method with little side effect and it is valuable to be applied in the clinical practice.
