摘要
目的 比较不同类型错牙合畸形的牙弓宽度。方法 采用三维测量仪精密测量正常牙合及四组不同类型错牙合 (ClassⅠ双颌前突 ,ClassⅡ1,ClassⅡ2 ,ClassⅢ )的原始模型 ,比较各组的牙弓宽度。结果 上下尖牙宽度各组基本无显著性差异 ,ClassⅡ1和ClassⅡ2 上后牙弓较窄 ,ClassⅢ牙弓宽度与正常牙合无显著性差异。结论 临床上不要轻易扩大尖牙宽度 。
Objective To compare arch width among different classified malocclusions.Methods Measuring the models of normal occlusion and four varing classified malocclusions (ClassⅠ bimaxillary protrusion,ClassⅡ 1,ClassⅡ 2,ClassⅢ) with three-dimension measuring machine and comparing their arch width.Results For canine arch width,there were no significant difference among different groups,but upper posterior arch width was narrower in ClassⅡ 1 and ClassⅡ 2 and there were no significant difference for arch width between ClassⅢ and normal occlusion.Conclusion In clinic canine arch width shouldn't be rashly expanded,upper posterior arch width of ClassⅡ 1 or ClassⅡ 2 often need to be expanded.
