摘要
目的比较分析重庆市女性Angle′Ⅱ类2分类错畸形患者模型特征,为临床正畸诊断和治疗提供参考。方法收集56例重庆市女性Angle′Ⅱ类2分类患者牙模型作为实验组,重庆市女性正常数据作为对照组。用数显游标卡尺测量实验组模型牙冠高度,牙弓宽度和长度,计算出临床冠中心高度,并与对照组进行对比分析研究。结果实验组临床牙冠高度、临床冠中心高度及上下颌牙弓宽度均较对照组小,大部分测量值与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义;实验组上下颌牙弓长度,除下颌中切牙近中接触点到第一磨牙中央窝连线的垂直距离较对照组大外,其余均较对照组小。大部分测量值与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义。结论重庆市女性Angle′Ⅱ类2分类错畸形患者正畸治疗前应结合模型测量制定方案。治疗中注意托槽定位,上下颌可适当进行扩弓、唇展前牙获得间隙。
Objective To compare and analyse the features on dental casts of class Ⅱ division 2 female patients in Chongqing,so as to provide some references for orthodontic treatment. Methods This study was performed using measurements obtained from dental casts of 56 class Ⅱ division 2 patients which was the experimental group. And this was compared to the normal occlusion madels of chongqing women, which was considered as the control group. The height of crowns, the center height of clinical crowns, and the width and length of the dental arch were measured with a digital vernier calliper. The measurements were analysed and compared with the relevant data from the control group. Results The height of crowns, the center height of clinical crowns in class Ⅱ division 2 patients were smaller in dimension than those of the patients having normal occlusion;the intercanine and the intermolar widths of both the maxillary and mandibular arches were smaller as compared to that of the normal occlusion . Most differences had statistical significance. The length of the arch of experimental group was smaller than that of the control group. But the distance from the mandibular incisor point of contact to a line connecting the molars was larger. Most differences had statistical significance. Conclusion In class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion patients,measurements should be made on the models prior to the development of the treatment plan. During treatment, attention should be paid to the correct positioning of brackets. Space can be gained by upper and lower arch expansions or by proclination of the anterior teeth .
