摘要
以多糖含量为发酵指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验对蛹虫草菌丝体发酵生产生物饲料添加剂的培养基组成进行优化。结果表明:最佳培养基组成为玉米粉4%,蚕蛹粉2%,MgSO40.04%,KH2PO40.15%,胞外多糖含量为10.14 g/L。
The culture media of cordyceps sinensis was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test according to polysaccharide content.The results showed that the optimal medium for the mycelia was 4% corn flour,2% silkworm pupa powder, 0.04% MgSO4,0.15% KH2PO4, and exopolysacchafides production reached 10.14 g/L.
