摘要
将6种中草药及维生素C配伍后混合粉碎,按1%、2%、3%和4%的比例添加于基础饲料中,连续饲喂刺参24 d,以基础饲料组为对照。于投喂后第7、10、14、18、24天测内脏组织的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力。结果表明:投喂期内,随时间的延长,各试验组免疫酶活力均呈先升高后降低的趋势。各试验组NOS、SOD活性在投喂后第10、14、18、24天均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组AKP、ACP活性在投喂后第10、14、18天均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结合添加量及饲喂时间综合考虑,饲料中添加2%~3%中草药复方添加剂,投喂14~18 d可使刺参免疫相关酶的活力得到较大提高。
The sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus)was fed the diets containing a compound Chinese herbal medicine and vitamin C at a dose of 1% ,2% ,3% or 4% for 24 d,group fed with basic feed was set as control.The aci- tivites of acid phosphatase (ACP),alkaline phosphatase (AKP),nitric oxide synthase (NOS)and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined.The results showed that :the immue enzyme activity of all experiment groups increased firstly and then decreased with time passing.Compared with control group,the activites of NOS and SOD obviously increased on the 10 th, 14 th, 18 th day after feeding(P 〈 0.05);the activites of ACP and AKP significantly increased on the 7 th, 10 th, 14 th, 18 th and 24 th day after feeding(P 〈 0.05).The results indicated that Chinese herbal medicine and vitamin C with 2% or 3% supplementation added in feed for 14 to 18 days could signifiantly improve the immunity of the sea cucumber.
