摘要
采用M-K模型,结合由Graf和Hosford提出的迭代计算方法,对AZ31镁合金板材热态下成形极限图的右半部分进行了理论预测。理论计算分别使用了Von Mises各向同性屈服准则和Hill48二次型各向异性屈服准则,同时引入了Backoften本构方程。讨论了基于Hill48屈服准则进行理论计算时,材料厚向异性指数R对预测成形极限图的影响。根据预测结果,在其它材料参数不变时,R值的增大会使板料的成形极限降低。将预测成形极限图与试验数据进行对比,结果表明,相比Hill48屈服准则,Von Mises屈服准则能更准确应用于对镁合金成形极限图右半部分的理论预测。
A prediction of the right-hand side of forming limit diagram(FLD) of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet at warm condition was carried out based on M-K model.The predicted results of FLD were calculated using the algorithm presented by Graf and Hosford.Backoften constitutive equation and two different yield criteria(von Mises yield criterion and Hill’48 yield criterion) were applied in the theoretical calculation.The effects of the value of R(normal plastic anisotropic ratio) on the shape of the predicted FLD were studied,and it is shown that the forming limit strain decreases with the rise of R-value.The predicted results were compared against the experimental data to verify its correctness and accuracy.It is indicated that for the AZ31 magnesium alloy,the predicted results based on von Mises yield criterion make a better agreement with experimental data in the right-hand side of FLD.
