摘要
通常为了降低加工难度,薄壁筒形水箱端面一般设计成平板结构,在实际应用中,端面容易产生形变,因此平板端面是整个压力容器中最薄弱的环节。通过对该平板建立微分方程及方程求解得出薄壁筒形水箱端面的变形特性。最后,利用Abaqus软件对该方法进行了仿真验证,提出了外部优化设立加强筋以减少端面变形的方法。
The end plane of thin-walled cylindrical tank is usually designed to the fiat structure in order to reduce the machi- ning diffieuhy. As a matter of fact, the fiat end face is easily deformed and is the weakest link in the pressure vessel. The de- formation characteristics of the end face in thin-walled cylindrical tank is derived by setting up and solving the differential e- quation in this article. Finally, the method is verified by using the simulation software Abaqus, and the method of setting up reinforcement in external to reduce the deformation is then out forward.
