摘要
分析了傅里叶变换光谱仪测量对参考光源的要求 ,介绍了所研制傅里叶变换光谱仪的光学系统。应用电子学自动增益锁相环倍频技术处理稳频激光干涉图信号 ,获得了用于干涉图采样的外触发控制信号。选择锁相环 8倍频处理实现了电子学信号模拟测量 ,并且实际测量了 He- Ne激光管 6 32 .8nm波长的光谱。该电子学及光学辅助采样系统可以用于测量可见、紫外
Requirements of reference source used for spectrum measuring of Fourier transform spectrometer are analyzed.Optical sy stem of Fourier transform spectrometer in developing is presented in this paper. Electrical automatic gain control and phase-locked loop technique has been empl oyed in our system to process frequency stabilized He-Ne laser interferogram si gnal.We have obtained sampling data of light source interferogram by means of th e pulses to extrigger ADC.Electrical simulation and spectral measurement of the output from a He-Ne laser tube at 632.8 nm have been performed by a factor of 8 using a phase-locked circuit.Electronic and optical assisted sampling system c an be used to measure visible,ultraviolet and vacuum ultraviolet spectrum.
