摘要
目的调查分析品管圈管理模式在消毒供应中心改善刮宫吸引管清洗中的应用效果,以提高清洗合格率。方法建立品管圈小组,运用品管圈管理模式,对刮宫吸引管清洗流程进行改善,并计算施行品管圈活动前后清洗合格率,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果应用品管圈管理模式前后,刮宫吸引管清洗合格率分别为87.3%和97.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院消毒供应中心施行品管圈管理模式,可显著改善管腔器械刮宫吸引管的清洗质量。
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the effect of application of quality control circle management in cleaning of suction tube for curettage so as to improve the qualified rate of cleaning. METHODS A quality control circle team was established, and the management system was implemented to improve the cleaning procedure of suction tube for curettage. All the data of acceptance rate of the cleaning of suction tubes for curettage before and after the implementation of quality control circle was collected. RESULTS The qualified rate of cleaning of suction tubes for curettage was 87.3% before the implementation of quality control circle, 97.9% after the implementa- tion of quality control circle, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The implementation of qual- ity control circle can significantly improve the cleaning quality of suction tubes for curettage.
