摘要
文章介绍了护士血源性病原体职业暴露发生率;缺乏自我防护意识、操作缺乏保护性措施、护士操作行为不正规等是血源性职业暴露的危险因素;从强化职业防护意识,健全医院规章制度,严格医疗废弃物管理,落实标准防护措施,建立护士电子健康管理档案等方面提出了防护措施。
This article introduced the incidence of nurses＇occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens,concluded the risk factors of occupational expo- sure to bloodborne pathogens such as lack of self - protection awareness, unprotected operation, informal operational behaviors of nurses, and put forward protective measures in terms of strengthening occupational protection awareness, perfecting hosptial rules and regulations, managing medical wastes strictly and implementing standard precautions.
