摘要
简要概述了破碎废钢在钢铁冶炼中所具有的优点,并就废钢破碎生产线的主要配置设备进行说明。以废钢破碎生产线为例进行了投资估算、生产成本费用估算、收益估算,通过分析得出,废钢破碎生产线投资回报率高,具有很好的市场前景,不仅可带来最大的经济效益,而且还可带来一定的社会效益,符合节能环保的社会要求和发展趋势。同时指出投资废钢破碎线产业可能存在的一些风险因素。
The merits of the cracking scrap steel in the steel smelting process are simple introduced and the key equipments in the cracking line of the scrap steel are also given in this article. The estimation of the investment, production costs and the gains, for example, in the 2 000 horsepower cracking line of annual output 120 000 t is introduced and analysed; by which the author pointes that the cracking line of the scrap steel has the advantages in high return benefit and good prospect markets, not only brings the max economic returns but also gives a few social efficiency which is matched with the social requirement and development trend of energy conservation and environmental protection. Some risk factors for the entrance of the scrap steel are also pointed in the article.
