摘要
目的:研究心理护理干预对痛风性关节炎患者焦虑抑郁情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:对30例痛风性关节炎患者进行心理护理干预,与常规护理相比效。结果:两组的SAS、SDS评分2个月时均比入院时均降低(P<0.05),但干预组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2个月后两组在生活质量的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域得分和总均分均比入院时提高(P<0.05),而且干预组比对照组提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能减轻痛风性关节炎患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of mental nursing interventions on the anxiety - depressing emotion and the life quality of gout arthritis patients. Method Mental nursing interventions were carried out on 30 gout arthritis patients ,compared with usual care. Results 1. SAS and SDS scores of two groups reduced two months later（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the reduce degree of intervention group was more obviously （P 〈 0.05 ）. 2. Two months later, the scores in the field of physiology, psychology social relation field and the environment and total averages improved（ P 〈0.05）, and the improving degree of intervention group was more obviously（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mental nursing inter- ventions could relieve the anxiety - depressing emotion of gout arthritis patients and improve their llfe quality.
