心理护理干预对肺心病患者焦虑抑郁的影响分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察心理护理干预对肺心痛患者焦虑抑郁的影响分析。方法选取我院自2008年1月～2010年12月收治的肺心病患者60例随机分为观察组(心理护理组)和对照组(常规护理组)各30例,治疗周期均为4周,观察两组的治疗效果。结果干预前两组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较无显著性差异,干预后,治疗组的HAMD评分下降幅度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预对肺心病患者焦虑抑郁的影响分析效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
