摘要
目的:探讨肋骨点片在诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折临床应用价值。方法:对胸部外伤患者在常规摄正斜位后,在胃肠机透视下观察肋骨情况,并做点片,并随访观察可疑骨折病例。结果:肋骨点片,不仅大大提高了肋骨骨折的检出率,而且其图像直观地显示了肋骨骨折的部位及数目,为临床及司法鉴定提供了可靠的依据。结论:肋骨点片以其明显的优势,可靠的诊断结果,较好地解决肋骨隐匿性骨折的诊断问题。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of rib film in the diagnosis of occult rib fracture. Method Patients with thoracic trauma observed the ribs in gastrointestinal machine fluoroscopy after habing conventional AP ＆ Oblique. and did some tab- lets, and followed up to observe the suspected fracture cases. Results The rib points not only greatly improved the detection rate of rib frac- ture,and the image displayed the location and number of rib fracture, and provided reliable basis for clinical and forensic expert- ise. Conclusion The rib points better solve the diagnosis of occult fracture of rib with its obvious advantage, reliable diagnosis results,
