摘要
目的探讨胸部正位片,透视下点片在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法 112例胸部外伤患者,在胸部正位片基础上加透视下点片。结果在胸部正位片上明确骨折的有46例,在正位片上未发现明显骨折,在透视下点片发现骨折64例。结论胸部正位片加透视下点片可大大提高肋骨骨折的诊断率,尤其是透视下点片可采用不同的体位进行检查,对肋骨骨折的诊断具有很大的价值。
Objective To discuss the application of the chest normal position film and the perspective shot film in diagnosis in rib bone fracture.Methods 112 cases of chest surgical patients did the chest normal position piece and the perspective spot piece.Results In the chest normal position pieces,there were 46 cases of rib fracture diagnosis,while in the perspetive spot pieces,there were 64 cases of rib fracture diagnosis.Conclusion The chest normal position pieces and the perspetive spot pieces can improve the diagnosis ratio of the rib fracture,especially,the different body position perspetive spot pieces have great value to the rib fracture diagnosis.
