摘要
目的在临床护理带教中应用优质护理服务的理念指导护理临床带教并对其效果进行评价。方法选取2011年7月~2012年6月在我院实习的438名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统带教组)219名和观察组(优质护理带教组)219例,两组学员带教后的基础理论、操作技能、带教老师评价及患者满意度调查进行效果评价。结果观察组理论及实际操作能力、教师评价、患者满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在临床护理带教中应用优质护理服务的理念指导护理临床带教,可取得更好的教学效果。
Objective To apply the high-quality nursing services to the clinical nursing teaching and to evaluate the effect.Methods 438 nursing students practising in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2012 were randomly dividied into the control group(219cases) and the experimental group(219cases).Basic theory score,operational capabilities,teachers evaluation and patients satisfactory were evaluated.Results The four evaluation indexes of experimental group were better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing services applied to the clinical nursing teaching could achieve better teaching effect.
