摘要
目前的新生入学教育面临着大学新生态度消极、处理人际关系能力较低,奋斗目标缺失等方面的新情况,开展大学新生入学教育,有助于新生尽快适应大学的生活、学习、人际交往。本文重新审视新生入校教育必要性,对独立学院新生现状进行分析,对新生入学教育创新进行思考。
