摘要
高校一年一度的新生入学教育是学校育人工作的重要组成部分。入学教育的目的在于对刚刚跨入大学门槛并处于人生重要转折时期的大一新生以及时而科学的指导。新生入学教育包括科学的专业指导、及时的“转换”指导、前置的就业指导、系统的心理指导、悉心的解困指导、得当的规范指导等方面。成功的入学教育应对新生的大学生活及长远发展产生积极而深远的影响。
The yearly entrance education, which aims at providing timely scientific guidance for freshmen who are at an important turning point in their lives, is a vital component of school education. It includes many aspects, such as scientific supervision on courses, guidance on role transformation, early vocational counsel, psychological health direction, poverty solving and proper norm supervision. A successful entrance education will exert a lasting, constructive and profound influence on freshmen.
