摘要
目的 观察极化液心衰合剂治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果.方法 将本院2011年4月～2013年3月收治的80例顽固性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合极化液心衰合剂治疗.结果 观察组患者的有效率为90.00％,治疗后左室射血分数为（45.13±2.07）％,左室心排血量为（4.59±0.58）L/min,心率为（76.62±4.14）/min,血氧饱和度为（93.61±8.37）％；对照组患者的有效率为65.00％,治疗后左室射血分数为（41.54±2.38）％,左室心排血量为（4.14±1.26）L/min,心率为（82.81±3.23）/min,血氧饱和度为（88.79±6.28）％,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 极化液心衰合剂治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果确切,起效快,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To observe the effects of Jihuayexinshuai mixture in treatment of intractable heart failure. Meth- ods 80 patients with intractable heart failure in our hospital from April 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided in- to observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）.The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was given Jihuayexinshuai mixture based on the routine treatment. Results In the observation group after treat- ment, the effective rate was 90.00%,left ventricular ejection fraction was （45.13±2.07）%,left ventricular cardiac output was（4.59±0.58）L/min,heart rate was（76.62±4.14）/min,and oxyhemoglobin saturationin was（93.61±8.37）%. In the control group after treatment, the effect rate was 65.00%,left ventricular ejection fraction was（41.54±2.38）%,lefi ventricular cardiac output was （4.14±1.26）L/min,heart rate was （82.81±3.23）/min,and oxyhemoglobin saturationin was （88.79±6.28）%, the differences were all significantly significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Jihuayexinshuai mixture in treatment of intractable heart failure is efficacy and fast.h is worthy to be popularized.
