摘要
研究了经低度醚化和交联处理的医用纱布纤维的结构和性能 .结果表明 ,随取代度 (DS)的增大 ,纤维结晶度下降 ,润胀能力提高 ,与生理液接触时 ,纤维端部的毛刺和尖锐边缘消失 ,并变得柔软 .该纱布的水吸附保持值 (WRV)、等渗盐水吸附保持值 (SRV)和新鲜血浆吸附保持值(BRV)分别为未处理纱布的 8.6倍、2 .8倍和 1.7倍 .用CuSO4进行离子交换处理后的BRV为未处理纱布的 2 .
The structure and properties of the surgical pledget produced by a low degree of etherification and crosslinking process were studied in this paper. The results show that the fiber crystallinity decreased and the swelling ability increased with the increasing DS, and the hairs and sharp edges of the fiber ends disappeared and changed to a flexible and soft one when contacted with the physiological fluids. The water retention value (WRV), the saline retention value (SRV) and the fresh blood retention value (BRV) of the modified surgical pledget are respectively 8.6 times, 2.8 times and 1.7 times higher than the original pledget. After the treatment of ion exchange with CuSO 4, the BRV of the modified surgical pledget is 2.8 times higher than the unmodified one.
