摘要 为了了解超吸水纤维对重金属离子的吸收性能,为纤维在污水处理等环保领域的应用提供理论依据,以Cu2+为对象,研究CuSO4溶液温度、浓度、pH值、吸液时间及Na+浓度对Cu2+吸收性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着溶液温度的升高,Cu2+的吸收量呈现先上升后下降的趋势;随着pH值的降低,Cu2+的吸收量迅速降低;随着CuSO4浓度的升高,Cu2+的吸收量逐渐增加;随着时间的延长,Cu2+的吸收量先迅速上升,后趋于稳定;随着溶液中Na+浓度的升高,Cu2+的吸收量逐渐下降;Cu2+的吸收量与吸液之间呈现出高度的相关性。 The effects of temperature,concentration and pH value of CuSO4 solution,absorbing time and Na+ concentration on Cu2+-absorption properties of super absorbent fiber(SAF) were studied so that the absorption property of SAF on heavy metal was understood,which would provide a theoretical basis for its application in environment field such as sewage disposal.The results showed that with the increase of solution temperature,the absorption value of Cu2+ increased first and then decreased.When the pH value decreased,the absorption value of Cu2+ decreased rapidly.The absorption value of Cu2+ went up with CuSO4 concentration.With the elongation of absorbing time,the absorption value of Cu2+ rose rapidly first and then became stabilized.With the rising of Na+ concentration in the solution,the absorption value of Cu2+ decreased gradually.For super absorbent fiber,the rule of Cu2+-absorption property was similar to that of water-absorption property.
