278株淋球菌对阿奇霉素耐药性结果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解广州地区淋球菌对阿奇霉素的耐药性。方法用琼脂稀释法测定阿奇霉素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 278株淋球菌中检出阿奇霉素敏感株174株占62.6%,中敏株58株占20.9%,耐药株46株占16.5%。结论临床应规范、合理应用抗菌药物,同时加强淋球菌耐药性的连续性监测。
