五籽散热熨配合健康教育治疗神经根型颈椎病33例疗效观察 被引量:1

Efficacy Observation on Hot Medicated Compress with Wuzi San and Health Education Treating 33 Cases of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

摘要 目的:了解五籽散热熨配合系统化健康教育治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将67例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用五籽散热熨配合系统化健康教育治疗,对照组采用五籽散热熨配合标准化健康教育治疗,观察两组效果。结果:试验组总有效率90.90%,对照组总有效率76.47%,实验组高于对照组(p〈0.05)。试验组依从性明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:五籽散热熨配合系统化健康教育治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,患者依从性较好。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of hot medicated compress with Wuzi San and systematic health education treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 67 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group adopted therapy of hot medicated compress with Wuzi San and systematic health education, control group with hot medi- cated compress with Wuzi San and standardized health education, to observe the effects of two groups. Results: The total effective rate of experimen- tal group was 90.90%, higher than that of control group by 76.47% (P〈0.05). Compliance of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Effects of hot medicated compress with Wuzi San and systematic health education treating cervical spondylotic radicu- looathv are obvious, with better compliance of patients.
