摘要
目的:分析运动护理在脑卒中肩手综合征康复中的应用价值,为临床工作提供参考。方法:选择我院2010年4月～2011年3月收治的脑卒中肩手综合征患者35例,均进行药物治疗和康复锻炼,在康复过程中实施运动护理,观察患者临床疗效和护患满意率,并比较患者护理干预前后疼痛程度的差异。结果:全部患者总有效率为94.29%;护患满意率为100.00%。患者护理前后VAS评分比较,护理干预后明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将运动护理应用于脑卒中肩手综合征患者的康复锻炼过程中具有积极的临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective：Analyze exercise care in shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke rehabilitation,to provide reference for clinical work.Methods：Choose 35 cases with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke in our hospital from Apr.2010 to Mar.2011,given drug treatment and rehabilitation exercise,exercise in the rehabilitation process of nursing,observe clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction rate,and compared before and after nursing intervention of patients with pain degree difference.Results：The total effective rate was 94.29%;nurse-patient satisfaction rate of 100.00%.VAS score after nursing intervention were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Exercise nursing applied in stroke patients with shoulder hand syndrome rehabilitation process has a positive clinical value,it is worthy of popularization and application.
