摘要
目的:探讨肠内营养支持疗法应用于ICU患者的临床效果。方法:将70例重症患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组接受抗感染、吸氧等常规对症治疗,实验组在接受抗感染、吸氧等常规治疗的同时进行肠内营养支持疗法,观察两组患者的治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果:实验组的机械通气持续时问、淋巴细胞计数、血清白蛋白和体重均优于对照组(P〈O.05),并发症发生率及死亡率均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:在ICU内常规治疗重症患者时配合肠内营养支持疗法能够改善患者的临床症状和身体状况,增加体重:增强抵抗力,提高患者自身的恢复能力,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者生存率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of enteral nutrition support therapy applied in patients of ICU. Methods: 70 critical patients were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment like antiinfec tion and oxygenabsorbed, experimental group adopted entera! nutrition support therapy based on conventional symptomatic treatment, the curative effects and incidence of complications between two groups were observed. Results: The duration of mechanical ventilation, lymphocyte count, serum albumin and weight of experimental group were superior to those of control group (P〈0.05), the incidence of complications and mortality were lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Conventional treatment combined with enteral nutrition support therapy applied in critical patients of ICU can improve clinical symptoms and physical condition, gain weight, enhance immunity, improve their own recovery capability, shorten hospi talization time and improve the survival rate of patients, being worthy of clinical popularization.
