ICU重症患者应用营养支持疗法治疗的效果观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察营养支持治疗对ICU重症患者的临床效果。方法将142例ICU重症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用百普素给予肠内营养支持,对照组给予常规药物治疗。对两组的营养支持状况及并发症进行对照分析。结果观察组并发症的发生率(13.81%)与死亡率(5.63%)明显少于对照组(52.11%与15.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU重症患者进行合理营养支持对预后有重要的临床价值,可降低并发症,提高患者的救治成功率。
