川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者的抗氧化保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨川芎嗪是否具有通过提高机体内的HO-1水平从而发挥抗氧化作用。方法:将105例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用川芎嗪注射液,观察治疗前后血清HO-1浓度。结果:两组患者治疗后HO-1水平均较治疗前显著升高(对照组P<0.05,治疗组P<0.01),治疗组治疗后HO-1水平较对照组治疗后HO-1水平有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪注射液可能具有脑保护作用,其机制可能与升高体内抗氧化酶HO-1水平有关。
