摘要
利用CAD系统的三维实体造型功能 ,由工件的二维廓形生成三维实体模型 ,按照刀具和工件的相对位置关系进一步生成棱体成形车刀的三维实体模型 ,进而直接生成棱体成形车刀的廓形及其参数。在CAD/CAM集成环境下 。
By using the 3D solid sculpting function of CAD system, the 3D solid of a workpiece is made from its 2D profile. And then the 3D solid model of the formed turning tool are made in accordance with the relative position between the workpiece and the tool. At last, the profile and parameters of the formed turning tool are made from the profile of the workpieces directly. The profile and parameters can be used directly for the manufacture of the formed turning tool.
