摘要
以轴向力和扭矩为判据比较分析了三种涂层高速钢钻头钻削不锈钢时的切削性能。试验结果表明 :TiN表面多层涂层钻头钻削效果最好 ,TiCN表面多层涂层钻头次之 ,TiN单层涂层钻头钻削效果最差。同时发现 :不同涂层钻头钻削不锈钢时产生的轴向力和扭矩值随进给速度的增加而增大 ,但在固定进给速度 (0 .12mm/r)、改变转速时 ,三种涂层钻头的轴向力与扭矩值在转速为 1.4r/s时最小 ;转速增加至 2 .0r/s时轴向力和扭矩增至最大 ;转速继续增加至 2 .
The cutting performances of three kinds of high speed steel coated drills during drilling stainless steel are compared and analyzed using the axial force and torque as criteria. Experimental investigation reveals that the cutting performance of TiN coating on the drill with multi layer is the best and that of TiN coating on the drill with single layer is the worst. Meanwhile, it is found that the axial force and torque are increased with the adding of the feed, but when the feed is fixed at 0.12mm/r and the rotate speed of principal axis is changed, the force and torque are down to the minimal at the rotate speed of 1.4r/s, the two parameters are up to the maximal when the speed is increased to 2.0r/s, but the two parameters are decreased when the speed is up to 2.6r/s.
