介绍了一种可预先设定扭矩值的扭矩扳手的结构组成。工作原理；还对扳手的各主要元器件的结构设计、计算及加工制造进行了描述。
The composition and the principle of operation of a new torque wrench which can in advance set thevalue of torque is introduced. The consturction design, parameter calculation and making method of themain parts of the wrench are explained.
