摘要
为保障压气站压缩机组调试工作的顺利进行,通过对压缩机组在调试投产阶段所产生的油冲洗时间过长、干气密封损坏、润滑油过温碳化、润滑油泵切换不及时、变频器故障等一些常见的典型故障进行分析,提出一些具体的预防措施,供压气站运行、管理、调试等相关工作人员参考、借鉴。
Conducted is analysis on such common typical faults occurring probably in compressor commissioning stage as too long oil flushing,dry gas seal damage,lubricating oil over-temperature carbonization,lubricating oil pump switch not in time and inverter fault and proposed are some preventive measures,which can ensure proper operation in compressor commissioning stage.
