摘要
柱塞气举动态模型是优选柱塞参数及优化生产制度的基础。根据质量守恒和动量守恒原理,在研究了柱塞和液体段塞的运动特征的基础上,综合考虑了摩阻及液体漏失的影响,建立了多种因素影响下的柱塞和液体段塞运动方程,给出了油套压计算方法,检验了柱塞运行动态模型的可靠性,并优化了新型柱塞参数,经过新柱塞井调试阶段的应用,能够较大程度地提高气井的带液能力。
The dynamic model of plunger gas lifting serves as the base for plunger parameter selection and production system optimizing. After studying the moving patterns of plungers and liquid slug catchers as well as the possible impact of friction and liquid loss according to the conservation of mass and momentum, authors manage to come up with equations of plungers" and liquid slug catcherg movements under influences of multiple factors and put forward calculation formulas of oil jacket pressure. Also in this paper, the reliability of the dynamic model is checked and the new plunger parameters are optimize& All these measures have been proved to be able to largely improve liquid car- rying ability of gas wells after being applied in new plunger wells" debugging phase.
