摘要 我国许多油田由于地下水矿化度高,对输送用的钢制金属管线有一定的腐蚀。塔里木盆地地表土壤盐碱化程度较高,地下水矿化度高,富含Cl-,有的区块含H2S、CO2,成为金属管线的主要腐蚀源。随着塔中油田开采年限的增加,含水率逐年上升,对管线腐蚀越来越严重,刺漏现象不断发生,甚至出现爆裂,极大地威胁了油田的安全平稳运行。塔里木油田经过几年的试验、探索,寻找一种能够替代金属管线的新型管材。近几年在塔中油田进行柔性复合管的现场应用试验,取得了良好的效果,值得推广应用。 In many oil fields of China,high salinity of groundwater has corrosive effect on metal pipelines(steel pipelines).In Tarim basin,the surface of the soil with high salinization and groundwater with high salinity,rich in chlorine ion,hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide,are the main corrosion source of the metal pipelines.With continuous exploitation of Tazhong Oilfield,its moisture content rises year by year,the pipeline corrosion is more and more serious,leaking phenomenon happens ceaselessly and cracking appears even,which tremendously affects safety of the oilfield.After experiment and exploration for several years,Tarim Oilfield has found a new alternative pipeline material,that is,flexible clad pipe,which can replace metal pipe.Field application of such flexible clad pipe in recent several years has achieved good results,so it is worthy of popularization.
