摘要
随着塔中油田开采年限的增加,含水率逐年上升,由于塔里木盆地地表土壤盐碱化程度较高、地下水矿化度高,富含氯离子,有的区块含硫化氢、二氧化碳,对管线腐蚀越来越严重,极大地威胁了油田的安全平稳运行。经过几年的试验、探索,寻找一种能够替代金属管线的新型管材——柔性复合管。通过近几年来在塔中油田进行柔性复合管试验,现场使用取得良好效果。
Along with the increasing length of the exploitation in Mid-Taklimakan oilfield, water content increases year by year. Safe and smooth running of the oilfield is greatly threatened by increasingly serious pipe corrosion caused by the high surface soil salinization, high groundwater salinity and rich chloride ion, even hydrothion and carbon dioxide in some blocks, in Tarim basin. After years of tests and exploration, a new type of pipe, flexible composite pipe, has been invented to replace metal ones. Flexible pipe tests have been conducted and the results turn to be satisfactory in the field service in Mid-Taklimakan oilfield.
