摘要
目的：观察针刀配合局部封闭治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法：将80例梨状肌综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。治疗组采用针刀配合局部封闭，对照组采用药物口服、手法治疗、超短波等联合治疗。分别治疗一个疗程后进行疗效观察和1年的跟踪随访。结果治疗组总有效率为93．5％，治愈率为62．5％；对照组总有效率为75．30％，治愈率为30％。总有效率治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05），治愈率治疗组显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）；对两组治愈和好转的患者进行1年的跟踪随访，其复发率治疗组显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：采用针刀配合局部封闭治疗梨状肌综合征疗效显著，值得推广应用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupotomy cooperated with block therapy in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods： 80 patients with piriformis syndrome were random- ly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 40 cases. Treatment group was treated by acupotomy cooperated with block therapy, while control group was treated by combina- tion therapy of medicine, technique and ultrashort wave. All of them were observed the efficacy and followed up 1 year after one course. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group （93.5%） was better than that of control group （75.3%）（P〈0.05）. The recovery rate of treatment group （62.5%） was better than that of control group （30%）（P〈0.01）. The recurrence rate of 1 year follow up of healthy and improved patients in treatment group was lower than that of in control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The efficacy Of acupotomy cooperated with block therapy has striking effect, and it is worthy of application and dissemination.
